Building on his extensive industry expertise, Peter founded Convenience & Energy Advisors (CEA) in 2022, where he currently serves as CEO. CEA’s mission extends beyond traditional consulting—Peter and his team research, build, operate, and manage comprehensive solutions for convenience retailers, including loyalty programs, marketing strategy, and technology enablement. Peter also contributes to industry advancement through advisory positions, including roles with the NATSO Technology Steering Council and the ElectroTempo Industry Advisory Board, where he helps guide retailers and partners on emerging trends such as EV infrastructure, technology modernization, and the future of convenience retail.
