An experienced strategic leader with a background spanning diplomacy, international advocacy, and sustainable development, Iara has built her career at the intersection of policy and global cooperation. She previously served in diplomatic roles at the United Nations in New York and at the Embassy of Bolivia to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, advising on environmental governance, economic cooperation, and international law. Her work included multilateral negotiations within the UN system and engagement with institutions such as the International Court of Justice and the OPCW.
