Maja [Desgrées du Loû] is a Commission official who has been working on the adoption of the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation. She has dealt with the revision of the packaging legislation since 2018, when she joined the unit of DG Environment dealing with waste management and circular economy.

Maja has been working for the European Commission since 2002 and has a working experience in various Commission’s departments, including in the Commission’s legal service and permanent representation in Slovenia.
