Marián has many years of experience in various management roles, including in international and multicultural environments. He began his management career in 2003 at VUB Factoring, where he served as a board member. He held several management positions for an extended period at UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a pan-European commercial bank. From 2016, he served as the Head of the General Manager Section at the Bratislava Transport Company, and from 2019 to January 2021, he managed the Institute for Strategies and Analyses at the Government Office. In 2022, he became the CEO of Správca zálohového systému n.o.

He specializes in management, human resource management, and project and crisis management. He is an expert in finance and holds the title of Doctor of Laws (JUDr.).
