Access to the partneringONE events platform is included with your conference registration, if your ticket includes partnering. Once you register to attend a conference, you should receive an email with details on logging into partneringONE to set up your profile. Once the system fully opens for partnering (4-6 weeks prior to the event), you can view all other registrants and begin to request/accept meetings. In the meantime, we recommend you log in and start building your partnering profile: a brief summary of your background, company, and products. This way, once partnering is open, you are ready to start sending and receiving meeting requests.

Yes, the partneringONE app provides you with access to your partnering account while you are on-site at events. It can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

The app keeps you up-to-date with push notifications of upcoming meetings, schedule changes, and new meeting requests. It provides offline access to your upcoming bookings. You can send meeting requests, search partneringONE, view the event agenda and your personal schedule. For participating events you will be able to view the event floorplan and your QR code to pickup your delegate badge onsite.

You can login using your partneringONE user name and password. You can also enable biometric login in the app settings.

You can opt to receive push notifications for upcoming meetings, session updates, new and updated requests. You can manage your notifications within your partneringONE settings.

Once you have logged in and have a live session, the app will update to provide offline access to your next three meetings and sessions.

At participating events you can find your QR code to collect your delegate badge by clicking on your profile picture and selecting eBadge code from the menu.

You can switch between events by clicking the menu icon in the top left corner of the app and select the three houses icon.
