- Select the requests you want to decline
- Customize your response or select a response template

- Review first – You never know when a hidden gem might be in your inbox!
- Group declines by reason – Provide meaningful feedback instead of a generic “no.”
- Use inbox filters – Hide your declined meetings using filters so you can focus on accepted meetings and pending requests
