Alexander Taskey is the Founder and CEO of Frame, a programmable, provable settlement layer for global finance. He brings roughly 20 years of experience in B2B payments infrastructure and is a second-time founder. Before launching Frame, he co-founded Merchant Broker, a payments orchestration company serving complex B2B businesses, which was acquired by AMCS Group in 2022. He subsequently served as AMCS’s Global Head of Payments, where he led the company’s payments orchestration engine. At Frame, Taskey leads commercial strategy, capital formation, and banking-partner relationships. He is focused on helping banks, fintechs, payment companies, and enterprises connect fiat rails, stablecoins, and tokenized deposits through a single integration while maintaining institutional control, compliance, and auditability.
