Anna is a Bocconi University Permanent Faculty Member as a Researcher with Tenure.

Her research focuses on bank strategy and management in the retail banking industry, the impact technology-driven changes are influencing the way banking and financial services are produced, delivered and consumed in both banks and FinTech companies.

She is also the author of several books, articles, papers and chapters on her research fields’ issues, and speaker and chairperson in national and international conferences.

She is also active as an independent board member in financial institutions and banks.
