Yamini Sagar is the solo woman founder and CEO of Instarails, a cross border payment infrastructure company that moves money instantly across 150+ countries and 70+ currencies, offered white label to financial institutions. As an advocate for fintech for good, she built Instarails for the immigrants and small businesses that legacy systems penalize most.

Her 20+ year career spans traditional payments, digital assets, and blockchain, having built products at ICE/NYSE, BitPay, and Bakkt. She holds 8 patents in payment systems, including Offline crypto asset custodian.

She is a past member of the US Faster Payments Council and serves as Head of Partnerships at the Center for Accelerating Financial Equity, a 501(c)(3) organization with a flagship accelerator, where she regularly mentors early stage fintech companies. She is a Global TiE50 winner, Atlanta Web3 Annual Pitchfest winner, and AnitaB.org Grace Hopper honoree.
