Clare is a senior executive with many years of experience in all aspects of the payments and banking industry. She has experience of delivering strategic and technical initiatives for global expansion programmes and e-commerce, omni channel, APM’s, domestic and international schemes across multiple channels and gateways.

She has product management experience for Global payment services, Trade Finance, Treasury & Cash Management. She has full operational management experience in credit risk, network settlements, reconciliations, payments, transaction monitoring, KYC & onboarding and payment investigations.

She has been instrumental in delivering regulatory change on a number of programmes which involved set up, onboarding, CRR, assessment of corporate governance and initiation with the Bank of England for accounts and access to CHAP’s and FPS. Prior to joining EPAM this year Clare was a Transformation Director for Worldpay from FIS helping them to align strategies across multiple acquired businesses and sectors. Clare is also a SAFe 5.0 Practitioner certified in agile frameworks.
