Julie leads Payment Strategy and Innovation department at RedCompass Labs and is a member of the EBA Open Banking working group.

Julie has ten years of experience as a Business Analyst, the majority of which has been spent working on the implementation of payments platforms.

Julie is results-oriented and dedicated to delivering high quality programmes. She enjoys being involved in fast-paced environments and strongly believes in the value of knowledge sharing to maximise efficiency and positive impact.

An expert in payments processing schemes, standards, business process flows, Julie also combines this with deep understanding of how the payments platform must function. From her time on the inside of Fiserv (Dovetail), Julie has learned the detailed mechanics of what it takes to move payments efficiently and effectively through engagements with her clients.
