Kritika Amarnath founded Beach Level Associates to bridge the gap between startups and the funding ecosystem. More than just a consultancy, Krit's professional background in financial services lends startups a trusted advisor for pitches, fundraising, business development and investor relations. Through her network, Krit connects investors of all types, from traditional venture capital, angels, to family offices with new, exciting opportunities across sectors.

Kritika spent 15 years at Morgan Stanley, where she was an Executive Director in Sales & Trading. Her tenure at Morgan Stanley was marked by achievements in the realms of Equity Finance and Secured Funding in both London and New York. Kritika’s leadership saw her managing a dynamic team of traders and salespeople, supporting the firm’s global funding needs with acumen and strategic foresight. She was instrumental in pricing, executing, and risk managing global secured funding transactions and managing institutional client relationships. During her time at Morgan Stanley, she spoke on panels about the development of the securities finance industry, served on the women’s network steering committee in EMEA and led recruitment efforts for the division.

Kritika has a BSc in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
