With passion she is taking on challenges and creating valuable IT services and processes, driving innovation and transformation. Having said that, people are always first for Luboslava. She loves enabling and supporting her teams, counting more than 2,000 people. Being result- and people-oriented at the same time is in her natural behavior.

With her roots in Slovakia, Luboslava had the chance to work in different countries with colleagues from all over Europe, but also with different local companies, that exposed her to vast variety of challenges, cultures, and experiences. She gained her work experience at different stations – like SAS, CapGemini and today UniCredit. Luboslava is member of the Supervisory Board at UniCredit and across the industries well-know as thought leader for her favorite field – digital transformation.
