Mahendra started his career as a banker, and subsequently moved to business analysis, payments consultancy and advisory roles. He has almost 20 years of experience in financial services, giving him tremendous insight into all aspects of banking & payments processing, payments enablement and business operations, banking and payments product management, and financial services with multiple customers across globe.

He specializes in payments & digital business transformation; and has a particular passion for building compelling payments products and solutions’ & experiences with FinTechs delivering specific product & services in digital payment industry. He also has a keen interest in role of FinTechs in achieving growth through Financial Inclusion across various geographies.

Mahendra is also a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP, IIBA) and a certified Product Management executive.
