Roberta Rampazzo works in Suits Me as a Transformation Director. She works with the CEO and with the rest of the Senior Management Team to identify and/or deliver transformation projects that will help Suits Me grow into a larger and even more successful company.
Roberta arrived in this role after more than 20 years’ experience in financial services, especially but not only in the payments industry. The last 5 year before joining Suits Me were spent in Fintech. The latest role was as Chief Customer Success Officer at Velexa, a wealthtech start up, where Roberta was responsible for growing revenue and customer satisfaction in existing clients. Prior to this, Roberta was Managing Director of Account Management in Contis, where she was responsible for all touch points Contis had with its clients after contract signature. This comprised onboarding, Technical Support, Account Development, and Client Support.
Prior to a brief break from financial services in a traveltech, Roberta worked at American Express covering a variety of roles both on the issuing and acquiring side of the business.
Overall, Roberta’s experience covers Product, Sales, Account Development, Commercial Strategy, Operations and Business Transformation.
Roberta also holds a trustee and treasurer position in Allsorts Youth Project and is an advisor for Ping Money.
