Tamanna Kottwani is the Head of Product at Clutch, where she leads Product Management and Design, scaling core product lines as well as launching new innovations. She builds modern, digital, AI driven financial products that help credit unions compete and win. Clutch is a fintech company backed by Andreessen Horowitz, CMFG Ventures, and Curql.
Tamanna began her career in Dallas at Texas Instruments, where she drove digital transformation for Fortune 100 companies in Telecom, Med-Tech, Energy-Tech, as well as for government initiatives across various roles: Pre-sales, Business development, Product, and Product marketing. Post her MBA at Wharton, she pivoted into product leadership, holding key roles at Microsoft/Yammer/Teams and Instacart.
Tamanna joined Instacart to lead their Catalog Product and launched Carrot Insights to help grocers scale their business with Data. She was tapped to lead Instacart’s foray beyond grocery into New Verticals starting with Ready Meals and scaled this business to $XXXM+ in GTV, setting the foundation for the next Billion verticals at Instacart.
At Clutch, she is scaling lending and deposit products with an automation and AI first approach to help transform credit unions into Fintechs. Throughout her journey, she’s stayed anchored to one principle: build and scale things that matter to real people. She has a track record of scaling consumer-grade products at enterprise scale especially in industries that rarely feel consumer-first.
Outside of work, Tamanna is an angel investor and advisor to early-stage startups. She’s endlessly curious whether exploring the latest AI tools or traveling to discover new cultures and perspectives.
