For shipping, please label with the below:
Please fill out and return the Exhibitor Freight & Handling Form
Please send the tracking numbers for any boxes/booths shipped so that the Informa team can help track packages onsite or assist the hotel should any issues or delays arise.
Please send complete tracking information by Monday, September 4th to Kristin Wittreich - kristin.wittreich@informa.com
Please note, without tracking number information – it is very difficult to track items onsite.
Your Booth
Included in your booth:
Each exhibit will be an 8' x 10' booth space for a tabletop exhibit. Included in the booth space is a 6’ table, 2 chairs and wastebasket.
A backwall popup display under 10'x10' is allowed, or other self-provided graphics like pull-up banners – though all must be placed behind the booth and not on the sides of the table. With the hotel’s limited storage space, all spare boxes/cases must be stored under or behind the table.

Post-Event Pickup Information
The Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing's Purchasing Department ships packages out of the hotel using Airborne Express, FedEx and UPS.
For packages being shipping back from the hotel you must do the following:
- Pack and seal packages to be shipped out
- Label packages with their shipping labels - please provide your own shipping labels as we do not have those available
- Schedule a pickup with your shipping provider
The hotel will take the packages to the loading dock to be picked up by your carrier at the close of exhibitor move out.
