Paul is a Principal at RBB Economics. He has represented clients across all areas of competition law and is recognised in Who’s Who Legal as a leading expert in the field of competition. Paul has extensive experience on merger and abuse of dominance cases before the European Commission and UK Competition and Markets Authority. He also has considerable experience working on follow-on damages litigation before the UK Competition Appeals Tribunal.

Paul regularly writes on a range of competition issues and his publications have featured in leading journals including European Competition Law Review and Management Science. He has also contributed to reports for competition authorities and frequently presents at law firms and conferences.

Paul holds an MPhil in Economics from the University of Oxford and also studied Economics at the University of Warwick and the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
