Adriano began his career in the pharmaceutical events industry in 2002, working with Pfizer’s global teams to deliver congresses, investigator meetings, and advisory boards across multiple therapeutic areas worldwide. He later spent two years at Pfizer as a Compliance Officer and Events Manager.

Before entering the pharmaceutical sector, Adriano gained valuable experience in the banking and travel industries, including roles with tour operators, travel agencies, and airlines.

In 2015, he joined Roche’s Global Events Management Team, which evolved into the Global Congress & Engagement Strategy Team. In this role, he supports Oncology, Cancer Immunotherapy, and Anti-Infective teams by managing global agency partnerships and shaping congress delivery strategies for Roche Global, together with partners and its affiliates.
