Adriano started working in the pharmaceutical events industry in 2002, working with Pfizer Global teams delivering congresses, investigator meetings, and advisory boards for multiple therapeutic areas worldwide, afterwards working for two years at Pfizer as a compliance officer and events manager.

Before the pharmaceutical industry, he worked for the banking and travel industry, including tour operators, travel agencies, and the airline industry.

In 2015, Adriano joined the Roche Global Events Management Team, which evolved into the Global Congress & Engagement Strategy Team, supporting the Oncology, Cancer Immunotherapy, and Anti-Infective teams, supporting in managing agencies, congress delivery strategy worldwide on behalf of Roche Global and affiliates.
