Angela R. von Bieberstein has been working with Bayer in various global positions since 2007. She joined the company as a Senior Congress Manager and over the past years she has worked in the cardiovascular field. In this role she focused on supporting Bayer’s presence at medical congresses as well as on engaging with external stakeholders including medical societies, healthcare professional and organizations. Since Jan 1, 2023 she has taken on the role as Congress Strategy Manager in the customer experience department and collaborates with medical societies and associations to find new ways and strategies for customers especially in the field of Woman’s Health and also working on an HCP customer journey for HCPs at congresses. Before she started working for Bayer, Angela started at Schering in 2002 as Congress Manager / Project Lead for global congress projects.
Angela has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, holds a law degree from the Ludwig Maximilian’s Universität in Munich, Germany and has an extensive compliance knowledge.
Furthermore, Angela has been representing Bayer AG for several years as an active IPCAA Council Member and was elected as IPCAA Co-Vice President in 2022.
