Ella Darby is the Head of Global Event Experience at Meetings & Incentives Worldwide (M&IW) and leads their international headquarters in the UK. With more than 30 years’ experience in event and meeting management, she has extensive knowledge of multiple industries including Life Sciences, Technology, Insurance, and small startup companies. In her 10 years with M&IW, she has also worked to increase their role in the global market and has been instrumental in expanding their international team. She continues to travel the world to support the team alongside managing programs for her customers across Life Sciences and other industries.
