She started with an implementation of a SMM Program for a Regional Medical Devices account in 15 different countries. She managed it and delivered expansion through effective close working with key client stakeholders. For the past six years, Hélène has managed the 2 largest Healthcare Global SMM Pharma accounts with 47 markets in EMEA and 7 markets in APAC. She has worked closely with her customers and the operations teams to gain efficiency, enhance program cost, optimize savings and improve productivity.
