Ian joined Marriott Hotels International in 2009 as Head of UK Agency Sales, before transitioning into Global Sales where he currently oversees the organization for Western Europe.

Having originally qualified as a barrister-at-law, he has nearly 30 years experience in the Hotel and Meetings industry both in the UK and internationally - holding various Sales and Marketing leadership roles.
