Nicole has been a member of The Synergist team since 2020 as a Program Director in the Patient Focused Medicines Development (PFMD), From Testing to Targeted Treatments (FT3), and IHI projects. She has led several initiatives focused on enabling patient engagement with pharmaceutical companies in light of legal and compliance parameters.

Nicole previously worked for Myeloma Patients Europe, leading capacity building initiatives, the Reasonable Legal Agreements project and the Myeloma Community Advisory Board and also worked in the pharmaceutical industry focused on patient advocacy and engagement. As a breast cancer survivor, she is passionate about shared decision making and continuity of care.
