Robert is a leader within the ZS Meetings + Events practice area, which focuses on identifying insights to drive improved outcomes of our client's meetings programs. Robert accomplishes this through collaboratively working with organizations to help build capabilities or solve unique problems. To aid in this process, he leverages ZS's technology and operations infrastructure as well as industry expertise.

Robert’s current engagements include actively working with 8 clients on the daily operations of meetings programs that have a combined over $500MM in annual spend. This work includes Congress strategy definition and activation, Meetings Technology Solution management, spend and savings reporting, developing program process improvements, and program analytics.

EDUCATION

Robert holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s and master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
