Carolynn Dubé is the Executive Director of Fertility Matters Canada, the country’s leading fertility charity. A national voice for equitable access to fertility and family-building care, she has led ground-breaking advocacy with federal and provincial governments, insurers, and employers. Since 2015, FMC has supported over 1 million Canadians navigating fertility challenges under Carolynn’s leadership.
In 2023, she represented Canada on the APEC Smart Families Working Group, addressing demographic challenges and economic implications of declining birth rates. Her advocacy has influenced national policy conversations, including the recent Liberal Party commitment to IVF funding for Canadians in their campaign platform.
She was named a 2024 RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards Social Change Finalist. Carolynn co-founded the Fertility Benefits Matter campaign, hosts the Fertility in Focus podcast, and is a frequent media contributor. Carolynn lives in Moncton with her husband and three sons, all conceived through IVF.
