Before the event
Once you register to EU Pharmaceutical Law Forum, you will be provided with a link to access the digital platform a couple of weeks prior to the start date (16th November).
Login to this link to set up your profile, scroll the attendee list, and navigate the platform.
This is the perfect opportunity to get ahead and plan who you'd like to network with and how you'd like to structure the virtual experience around your schedule. As you will have access to all 4 tracks, we recommend using this time to look into sessions you are most keen to attend during the live event. In between sessions is a great time to set up meetings with general counsel, private practice lawyers and/or the speakers with the expert legal knowledge.
During the event
EU Pharmaceutical Law Forum will take place virtually on the 16th - 20th November (CET).
Sessions on the agenda will run live in Central European Time, so you can simply follow our agenda plan if you'd like to take part in a traditional conference setting.
The networking platform will be live throughout the event, so you can set up 1:1 meetings via video chat at a time that works well for you both. This is the time to soak up as much as you can and put your questions forward to those shaping the pharmaceutical legal landscape.
After the event
Wanted to view a session, but had a schedule conflict? EU Pharmaceutical Law Forum offers flexibility and content access after the event.
Login to the EU Pharmaceutical Law Forum platform to access all recorded sessions* for 30 days following the live event - meaning you can catch up at your leisure.
The networking function will also stay live for 30-days after the event, so you can continue to network and fit in as many meetings as you wish, both during and after the event.

Interactive, Insightful And Tailored To You
Obtain access to the same extensively researched agenda, with a spectrum of legal experts who are shaping the EU pharmaceutical legal landscape. Throughout the week there will be live panel discussions and content streamed, including interactive Q&A discussions, panels and roundtables. Attendees will be able to access this content by going into the 'live' section of the portal at the designated time. Sessions will be recorded for viewing on-demand* at a later date/time, if desired.
During sessions, whether live or not, you will be able to put your questions in the Q&A box on the right-hand side of the screen. If live, the speaker can address your question immediately - otherwise tune into the live Q&A discussions where speakers will address questions that were asked in their talks - or if you are re-watching content at a time suitable to you, reach out to the speakers through the platform. Our virtual format has been designed to extend and innovate the opportunities to collaborate, learn and debate outside of the traditional conference setting.

Opportunities to Connect from afar
Once the virtual platform opens, attendees will be able to log in and view the full attendee list to evaluate who they would like to connect with. If you'd like to privately message someone, you can show that you are interested in them. Your prospective connection will get a notification letting them know you'd like to connect and once they accept you will be able to send private messages before, during, and after the event. Take advantage of the extended dates and on-demand access after the event to facilitate 1:1 video meetings or talk to your new connections through the built in chat feature.
