Fern Paul-Aviles is an Assistant Vice President of Pharmacy at Atrium Health in North Carolina. In her 340B role, Fern oversees Atrium Health’s 340B program which covers 11 hospitals in North Carolina, Georgia, and Alabama. She also has responsibility for Pharmacy Population Health and Ambulatory clinical pharmacists’ activities; Behavioral Health and Long-term care pharmacy services; and a network of retail pharmacies that serve low-income patients in the Charlotte community.

Fern graduated with a B.S. in Pharmacy from South Dakota State University and holds an M.S. in Hospital Pharmacy Administration and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, both from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a Board-Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist
