Our first priority in bringing the industry back in-person will be to work closely with local government and authorities. The event will be planned carefully in accordance with local advice and guidelines.
We have a close working relationship with the Diplomat Resort. With huge conference theaters, large open indoor spaces as well as plenty of outdoor space, we'll make sure we can bring you together with your peers, clients and colleagues as safely as possible.

What additional measures are being followed at the event?
Do I need to be fully vaccinated or have a negative covid test to attend?
It's good practice to test yourself before coming into contact with large groups of people, allowing them to protect themselves and others, and breaking chains of transmission. Please do not attend the event if you are feeling unwell, think you may have COVID-19 or tested positive for COVID-19. See below for additional information regarding a positive COVID-19 test or COVID-19 symptoms.
Do I need to wear a mask? What if I am fully vaccinated?
It is recommended that you wear face coverings in crowded and enclosed spaces where you come into contact with people you don’t normally meet. We ask that you use your judgement in deciding when and where you wear a mask.
What happens if I cannot attend the event because I have COVID-19 symptoms, have tested positive or am unable to travel due to changes in quarantine rules?
- Colleagues can be sent in your place, or you will receive a credit note to use against another event.
- The standard refund terms are a full refund minus a 10% administration fee if you cancel up to 57 days before the event.
