Alain Stoeckli is International Partner at Hotel101 Global, where he leads the firm’s institutional capital strategy, fund architecture, and strategic partnerships. He designs and scales multi-jurisdictional investment vehicles, private-placement programs, and distribution partnerships with private banks, pension funds, insurers, and family offices, enabling systematic deployment across a standardized, asset-backed hospitality platform.

With 25+ years in real estate private equity, institutional fund governance, and asset-based finance, Alain has a $30B+ execution track record spanning real estate, infrastructure, energy, and transportation. Previously a Managing Director at Doric Group and a Vice President at Citigroup London, he executed multi-billion-dollar project financings and built institutional real-asset platforms. He holds an MBA from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, completed the Sustainability Leadership Programme at London Business School, and earned CFA Institute certificates in ESG Investing and Climate Investing.
