Amit Wynalda is the Global Head of Corporate Finance & Treasury at Yinson Production, a leading independent owner and operator of Floating Production, Storage, and Offloading (FPSO) vessels worldwide. The Corporate Finance & Treasury team is responsible for funding the company and its assets across the capital stack, as well as overseeing corporate treasury, investor relations, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A).

Before joining Yinson Production, Mr. Wynalda spent nearly 18 years at ABN AMRO and its predecessors, working in both Europe and the United States. He held a variety of senior positions in investment banking, capital markets, shipping, corporate lending, and sector coverage, with a particular focus on the energy sector and transportation.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from HvU and an M.Sc. in Finance from Nyenrode Business Universiteit.
