David Schlesinger a Managing Director at Rabobank and Head of US Private Placements. He has 20-years of experience in Syndicated Lending, Debt Capital Markets, and Private Placements. Prior to Rabobank, David worked for Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Santander, with postings in New York, London and São Paulo. In the Private Placement market, he has focused on the origination, structuring and distribution of PPs for a wide range of issuers in the US, Europe, Latin America and Australasia. He holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin, an MSc from the London School of Economics and a JD from Brooklyn Law School.
