Lizzie is a finance partner with extensive experience advising on the financing of digital infrastructure businesses across Europe, including data centres, towers and fibre networks, as well as energy transportation and distribution, water, social infrastructure, and transportation assets (including roads, rolling stock, ports and airports).

Lizzie is product agnostic and has advised on all aspects of the capital stack, including bonds, loans, USPPs and other private placements, HY and HoldCo debt and rated MidCo and other ABS structures.

Lizzie has advised digital infrastructure companies, sponsors and their lenders and arrangers including Ark Data Centres, Arqiva, AtNorth, Blackrock, Brookfield, CPPIB, DigitalBridge, DigitalGravity, EdgeConneX, GD Towers, GIC, Green DC, IfM, TDC Net, Vantage and Yondr, including on Yondr's inaugural public ABS, the highest rated European DC ABS to date.
