Felix is Director of Corporate Finance & Treasury at SGN where he is responsible for funding, treasury and M&A. SGN has c.$2bn of outstanding private placement debt across over 40 investors in a range of currencies and maturities.

Over the past 25 years, Felix has held a range of positions across investment banking, financial advisory and corporate finance. His career has mostly been in infrastructure with a more recent focus on digital real assets and energy transition.

Previous roles include Head of Corporate Finance at G.Network, a London based fibre infrastructure business, MD at Investec Bank in infrastructure finance, MD at Rubicon Capital Advisors and senior debt capital markets roles at ANZ and Royal Bank of Canada.

Felix has a degree in Economics and Finance from The University of Adelaide.
