Karim Nassif is a Senior Director within the Project Finance & Infrastructure group at Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA). Karim Nassif has over 20 years of experience as a credit analyst with a focus in project and corporate finance, having worked for financial services companies and rating agencies in London and the GCC (based out of Dubai).

Prior to joining KBRA, Karim was a director at Ernst & Young (EY), based in Dubai, where he provided capital structure and debt advice covering the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and Europe regions. Previously to EY, Karim worked at Standard & Poor’s (now SP Global Ratings) for 12 years, based in London and Dubai. At Standard & Poor’s, Karim was lead analyst on EMEA credits in the energy and industrials space throughout the Middle East, Africa and Europe. Prior to joining Standard & Poor’s, Karim worked at Société Générale as a corporate credit analyst in the transportation and energy sectors and held credit positions at several international banks over eight years.

Karim holds an MBA (Hons) from the Lebanese American University of Beirut and a BSc. (Hons) in molecular biology from King’s College, London.
