Nicole Windsor is a partner and member of Chapman’s Corporate Finance Department. She represents financial institutions, insurance companies, and other institutional investors in private placements of debt, advising on both secured and unsecured financings. Her work spans a range of markets, including real estate, public utilities, sports finance, project finance, and general corporate financings.

Nicole regularly represents investors based in the United States, Canada, Ireland, Australia, and the United Kingdom on domestic and cross-border transactions. She regularly advises on private placements with issuers based in the United Kingdom and has also advised on financings with issuers from the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, France, and Japan.

Beyond her practice, Nicole serves on the Membership Committee for the American College of Investment Counsel (ACIC). She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, including multiple forums hosted by the Practising Law Institute (PLI) and the ACIC. She co-hosted the ACIC Fall 2019 Conference and served as Chair of the 2024 Informa Private Placements Industry Forum.
