Nushi is responsible for the firm's global investments in private debt, focusing on real estate and corporate structured transactions for both investment grade and high yield private credit strategies. She has experience in originating and investing in private debt transactions across a broad spectrum of asset classes including real estate, corporates, infrastructure/project finance and structured products in Canada, U.S., Europe and Australia. Nushi previously worked for other Canadian investment management firms in various leading roles including tenures as lead originator across the global Private Fixed Income platform, lead Portfolio Manager for private debt funds within the institutional asset management function, as well as underwriting and executing investments in real estate, corporates and structured transactions in multiple geographies. She holds an MBA from McMaster University, and an HBSc from University of Toronto.
