Senior Director, Infrastructure Financing at La Caisse

Raphaël Laidez has held the position of Senior Director, Infrastructure Financing, since August 2022. Based in London, he is responsible for the orientation, structure and management of the Infrastructure Financing portfolio across Europe.

Mr. Laidez has over 10 years of experience in finance, particularly in marketing plans, structuring and executing innovative financing solutions in the infrastructure and real estate sectors. Before joining La Caisse, he was a responsible for the structured financing activities of Mubadala, an investment company owned by the Abu Dhabi government, where he oversaw structuring and financing in the real assets sector in Europe and around the world. Prior to that, he spent four years as a finance consultant for infrastructure projects, public-private partnerships and in the energy sector. He began his career in infrastructure finance at Citigroup in London.

Mr. Laidez holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from University of London and a Master’s Degree in Political Science and Economic Development from Sciences Po Paris.
