Vince Pelleriti is a partner and the Practice Group Leader of Chapman's Corporate Finance Department. He focuses his practice in the areas of private placements, lending, leasing, and equipment finance.

Vince has extensive experience in representing insurance companies, banks, leasing companies, finance companies, and other financial institutions in a wide variety of private placement, lending, equipment finance, leasing, and other financial transactions. His experience ranges from single lender unsecured loans to complicated multi-party secured transactions. Vince has experience in domestic and cross-border private placements and acting as debt counsel in US and cross-border leveraged lease, single investor true lease, synthetic lease financings (including 97-10 construction financings), and capital lease financings of a broad range of assets.
