This is for banks, law firms, rating agencies, and companies that provide data, publications and services to issuers and investors.

Issuer rate

We classify issuers as corporations that are actively looking for new financing. CFOs and Heads of Treasury are typical functions that attend PPIF. The issuer rate is applicable only for corporations. Advisory firms or asset management firms that have corporation as clients do not qualify. Please note you may be required to provide a Note Purchase Agreement for approval.

Investor rate

We classify investors as endowments, foundations, wholly owned insurance companies, pension funds, RIAs, single family offices, and sovereign wealth funds, subject to qualification. Please note you need to be a member of the investment team, and your primary focus should be investing in private placements.

Asset Manager / GP rate

This is for in-house executives at asset management firms and GP firms managing funds with issuer/portfolio companies including private capital firms, fund-of-funds, investment consultants, and other firms investing on behalf of clients. These bookings are subject to approval.
