Rob Busby is Managing Director and Head of Private Placements at NatWest, based in Stamford, USA. Rob leads a cross-border team of professionals focused on privately placed debt transactions with North American, European and Asian investors.

Rob has worked at NatWest for over 20 years with the latter 16 years being spent in the private placement market. His main focus has been originating, structuring, marketing and distributing debt private placements from a wide range of corporate issuers and sponsor-driven assets. During his career he has raised over $80 billion for issuers across a wide range of credit qualities and transaction structures.
