Program Management Professional (PgMP)® Course

Course Overview

This course, based on global best practice as per the PMI (Project Management Institute), will introduce delegates to the structure, components, and skills required to initiate and manage programmes. Participants will practice and apply the learned tools on a real-life case study, how to form a programme, identify and measure benefits as well as manage the inter-relationship between their programme components.

Pre-course Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management
• Completed a fundamental training in Project Management
• Managed complex, multi-years projects
• Involved in projects screening
• A certificate in Project Management (e.g. PMP or CAPM)is preferable

Certification Criteria

You must meet two criteria to be eligible for an Informa Connect Academy Certificate of Completion:

• Satisfactory attendance: You must attend all sessions of the course. If, for any reason, you miss more than 2 hours of the course sessions, you will not be eligible to sit the course assessment
• Successful completion of the course assessment: Assessments will be ongoing and based on in-class participation and activities
