Profile

Ken Perry, is a project management professional with over 25 years in organizational leadership and consulting at all levels. He has an extensive background in a variety of disciplines: program and project management, human resource requirements determination, industrial engineering, operations management, organization development, total quality management, strategic planning, facilitation, benchmarking, performance assessment, education and training, systems management, and whole-system optimization. He has directed organizations charged with managing resources in excess of $4 million, developed academic courses from the ground up, led major organizational change, and successfully developed client relationships leading to repeat business.

Ken holds an MBA from Jacksonville University (1997), earned his PMP in January 2000, and PMO-ACP in January 2014. The PMP certifications, granted by the world's leading project management organization, Project Management Institute, places him in the top echelon of the world's 25 million project workers.

Ken has been employed at various companies in Jacksonville, FL; Landstar System, Inc., Florida Blue, Southeastern Grocers, and TIAA Bank.

Ken is currently adjunct senior instructor at the Webster University focusing on their Project Management Certificate. Ken also designs and delivers custom courses and just finished a project management fundamenals course in Sarasota, Florida designed for first responders to plan improvements funded for when the governor declares a state of emergency in the county.

Ken has been the president of the local chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and was on the board for ten years, president of the local chapter of the International Institute of Business Analysts (IIBA) for 9 years.

In addition to his other professional accomplishments, Ken gives back to the community by founding and managing his first non-profit organization in 2012, called the Concours Atlantico, before that the Amelia Concours d'Elegance as silent auction and retail sales chair. Currently he holds the title of Chief Judge at the Festivals of Sp.
