David Deschênes is Senior Director, Development at Prével, a leader in real estate development in the Greater Montreal Area. He oversees the pre-development, design, and development of real estate projects.

He is particularly interested in revitalization projects located in disrupted urban settings and is driven by a passion for creating sustainable living environments that generate positive environmental and social impacts.

Since joining Prével in 2011, he has been involved in the development of numerous residential and mixed-use projects, contributing to the vitality of Greater Montreal. His portfolio includes Esplanade Cartier (Centre-Sud), Village Lacey Green (Kirkland), Quartier Général, Le Lowney (Griffintown), Union sur le Parc (Downtown), 21e Arrondissement (Old Montreal), and Loft Impérial (St-Henri), among others.
