Associations providing CPD credits
Applications are being made with the below associations for the 2026 Québec City Real Estate Forum. Check back here for more information.
Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
Attendance at the Québec City Real Estate Forum 2026 is eligible for 7 credits from AMF Professional Development Units. Attendance during the full day is required to receive these credits. Please note that the time stamp when you pickup your badge upon arrival will be used as your sign-in (before 8:30am) and we do require you to scan your name badge after 4:30 pm at the end of day of the event in order to submit your participation to the association. Please make sure to request your AMF CPD credits during your registration.
Appraisal Institute of Canada
Attendance at the Québec City Real Estate Forum 2026 might be eligible for Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) Continuing Professional Development (CPDs) Credits. For more information on how to apply of these credits, please go to www.aicanada.ca and log-in with your member credentials.
Barreau du Québec
The Barreau du Québec no longer offers a training eligibility verification service as of August 1, 2025, and leaves the decision to submit their certificate of attendance to lawyers after reviewing the training guide. All participants wishing to obtain a certificate of attendance can request one when registering for the Forum.
BOMI International
Attendance at the Québec City Real Estate Forum 2024 are eligible for 6 credits of professional development from BOMI Continuing Professional Development.
Organisme d'autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ)
Attendance at the Québec City Real Estate Forum 2026 is eligible for 4 Continuing Education Units from the Organisme d'autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ). Attendance during the full day is required to receive these credits. Please note that the time stamp when you pickup your badge upon arrival will be used as your sign-in (before 8:30am) and we do require you to scan your name badge after 4:30 pm at the end of day of the event in order to submit your participation to the association. Please make sure to request your OACIQ CPD credits during your registration.
Mortgage Professionals Canada
The 2026 Québec City Real Estate Forum is eligible for 4 Continuing education units per day from Mortgage Professionals Canada. Please request a certificate of attendance when you register for the event.
Key information to know about your CPD credits
Attendance Certificate
Requests for attendance certificates can be requested during the event registration process.
A per event, one-off non-refundable admin fee of $55 plus tax will be applied. More than one certificate per event can be requested.
The admin fee is waived for REF Club Members, speakers and those attendees using sponsor allocated registrations.
Any inquiries regarding credits must be received by the organizers within three months following the date of the event. After this date, the CPD certificate process will be deemed closed and the organizers are not obligated to enter into dialogue for requests, edits to attendance certificates nor submissions to associations.
CPD Policies
Where requested by an association, attendance audits will be provided.
The organizers will not enter into communications between an association and attendee in regards to disputes on qualifying attendance for credits, other than to provide attendance analytics.
Those not present for the entire event annul their right to an attendance certificate.
Admin fees are non-refundable.
