Dean Mendel is co-founder and Quebec President of Forum (previously called Brookline), a fast-growing, private real estate company, specialized in neighbourhood shopping plazas that provide daily essential products and services to many communities. With extensive development, construction, leasing and property management infrastructure, Forum has been growing its portfolio of Walmart-,grocery- and pharmacy-anchored retail centres throughout Quebec for over 20 years. Dean is deeply involved in numerous community programs, including many social and affordable housing projects for struggling individuals and families. He co-leads several charities and not-for-profit organizations, focused on uplifting the vulnerable and educating youth about the destructive consequences of hate, racism and intolerance. Dean completed his MBA in Chicago at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management of Northwestern University.
