2025 Summit Scholarship Program
The 2025 Rare Disease Summit connects key stakeholders to drive therapeutic progress, propel commercial strategies and inspire impactful advocacy. You’ll generate solution-focused approaches surrounding patient access, reimbursement, commercialization, launch, partnering and more, as you unify in areas of unmet medical need.

Scholarship Guidelines
Who can apply: All non-profit free healthcare clinics, advocacy groups and patient organizations are welcome to apply for a scholarship. Organizations must have 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. Scholarships are limited to one (1) representative from each organization.
The Application Process
- Each applicant must complete the entire application form
- Applications must be submitted by the deadline, February 14, 2025
The Review and Determination Process
The Rare Disease Summit organizers will review all applications and will determine awards based on the following criteria:
- Completeness of the application
- Submission by deadline
- Consideration of the organization’s mission within the patient assistance community
All applicants will be notified of their determination by February 21, 2025 and applicants must accept their award by February 26, 2025. Once an award is accepted you will automatically be registered for an all access pass, which includes access to the in-person programming. Does not include travel assistance. Acceptance is at the discretion of Informa Connect.
