Austin Russian is a dedicated healthcare leader committed to improving care for people living with rare diseases. As Senior Vice President of Program Excellence at PANTHERx, he oversees pharmaceutical manufacturer partnerships and leads Prescriber Relations to ensure seamless collaboration with healthcare professionals. Austin also directs all rare disease drug launch activities, supporting patient access and timely therapy delivery. Since joining PANTHERx in 2013 as a clinical pharmacist, he has advanced through roles in operations, implementation, and program management, blending clinical expertise with operational excellence. He holds a PharmD and Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
