Dr. Bruce Bloom is Rare disease community Liaison at Healx, a Cambridge UK biotech using AI tools to create novel therapies for rare disease patients. He is also the Executive Director of the Facial Pain Research Foundation, the Chief Science Officer of the Kabuki Syndrome Foundation, and the CEO of Fortuity Pharma, a public benefit corporation repurposing pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals to the solve unmet medical needs in the rare disease community. Dr, Bloom is founder and former CEO of the charity Cures Within Reach. Dr. Bloom is an Ashoka Social Entrepreneur Fellow and sits on a variety of government, media, non-profit and for-profit Boards.
