Chimwemwe Mwase is a Strategic Innovation Manager in the Strategic Innovation Unit at Chiesi, where she focuses on external innovation, strategic partnerships, and the assessment of innovative therapeutic modalities and technologies for rare diseases. Through this work, she contributes to shaping Chiesi’s long-term pipeline strategy. She earned her PhD in Biological Sciences from Harvard University.
